I have been a life long student of self development, fascinated by studies of the mind, human behavior, and spirituality. My own personal journey, much like most of us, has been dedicated to learning, expanding, and understanding the human condition. Passionate about people, fascinated by their individual minds, perspectives, and spirit. I have always possessed an ability to connect with people, and strive to do that without judgement. As we all know that is not always easy to do, but as my father always taught us as young children, “judge not lest ye be judged.”
It is my desire to help people live a more joyous life, the type of abundent life we were all meant to live. What I have learned is no matter what your own personal circumstances are, much of how you view things, will ultimately become your reality. That is an extremely empowering thing when you really absorb that and understand it at it’s deepest level. We are all amazing in our capabilities, and all given the same equal opportunity to live the life of our dreams. The life we were meant to have. That is not to say that it won’t come without struggles and hardships. It is our perception of those times that makes the difference in our reality. That is my mission with this blog, to be thought provoking, give different perspectives, with a deep concern and understanding of yours. A human exchange.
My life consists of a blended family with a partner, four children, two dogs, a small house by the beach in New Jersey. Wonderful family and friends, all of which I am extremely grateful for and feel so blessed everyday. Gratitude for what I do have, with an extreme desire to experience more is what drives me. I am an ordained minister with the Universal Life Church, a reiki practioner with one more level to go to reiki master, an avid reader, a Kettlebell enthusiast, music and art lover, beach loving, self imposed multi tasker due to ADD, and overall enthusiast of life (most days that is, noone’s perfect
